Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to read, understand, and comply with all policies outlined below prior to manuscript submission and during the publication lifecycle.
1 Aim & Scope
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary, open-access academic journal dedicated to promoting the publication and dissemination of original, innovative, and high-quality research. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academicians, teachers, research scholars, professionals, and practitioners to share significant research findings, theoretical perspectives, empirical studies, and emerging academic ideas. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, conceptual studies, theoretical papers, case studies, and interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research covering diverse academic disciplines, including Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Commerce, Management, Economics, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Arts, Culture, Literature, Languages, Environmental Studies, and other emerging fields. The journal particularly encourages research addressing contemporary academic, social, scientific, technological, educational, cultural, economic, and professional issues. All submitted manuscripts must demonstrate originality, academic relevance, methodological soundness, and a meaningful contribution to existing knowledge. Each manuscript is subject to editorial screening and the journal's peer-review process before a final publication decision is made. The journal aims to promote responsible academic communication, encourage emerging researchers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to the advancement of research at national and international levels.
2 Submission Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal must ensure that their manuscript meets the journal's academic, ethical, originality, and formatting requirements. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and should not be simultaneously submitted to another journal. Manuscripts should preferably be submitted in Microsoft Word format through the prescribed submission system or official communication channel of the journal. A manuscript should normally include an appropriate title, author name(s), institutional affiliation, corresponding author's email address, abstract, keywords, main text, conclusion, and references, as appropriate to the nature of the research. The title should clearly represent the research, while the abstract should briefly present the purpose, methodology, major findings, and conclusion of the study. Authors must ensure that all tables, figures, charts, and references are properly numbered, titled, cited, and formatted. All sources used in the manuscript must be appropriately acknowledged. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of author information, research findings, data, references, tables, and figures. The Editorial Team reserves the right to return or reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's scope, quality, ethical, originality, or formatting requirements. Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication, as all manuscripts are subject to editorial evaluation and the journal's established peer-review process.
3 Peer Review Policy
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure fairness, objectivity, confidentiality, and academic quality in the evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Under this system, the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential during the review process, as far as reasonably practicable. Each submitted manuscript initially undergoes editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal's scope, originality, academic quality, ethical compliance, and basic requirements. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are forwarded to appropriate reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on the basis of originality, research objectives, relevant literature, methodology, data analysis, interpretation, academic contribution, references, and overall scholarly quality. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, confidential, and unbiased comments and must disclose any potential conflict of interest. Based on editorial and reviewer recommendations, manuscripts may receive a decision of Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Revised manuscripts may be returned for further review where necessary. The final publication decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief or authorized Editorial Board. Peer review does not guarantee publication, and the journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet its academic or ethical standards. The journal seeks to conduct the review process efficiently while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, fairness, and scholarly quality.
4 Plagiarism Policy
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal is committed to maintaining high standards of academic originality, integrity, and ethical research practices, and plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism includes presenting another person's words, ideas, data, findings, images, tables, arguments, or intellectual work as one's own without appropriate acknowledgement or citation. It also includes inappropriate copying, inadequate paraphrasing, duplicate publication, and self-plagiarism. For consideration for publication, the total Similarity/Plagiarism level of every submitted manuscript must be below 10%. Manuscripts having a Similarity/Plagiarism level of 10% or above may be returned to the author for necessary revision or may be rejected by the Editorial Board. It is the responsibility of the author/research scholar to have the manuscript checked through a reliable and recognized Plagiarism/Similarity Detection Software before submitting it to the journal and, where required, to provide the corresponding Similarity/Plagiarism Report along with the manuscript. The journal may also conduct its own similarity screening during the editorial and publication process. The Editorial Board may consider not only the similarity percentage but also the nature, source, and context of the identified similarities while making an editorial decision. Authors are responsible for properly citing and acknowledging all sources used in their manuscripts. Direct quotations, ideas, findings, data, and other intellectual contributions obtained from other sources must be appropriately referenced. Manuscripts containing substantial plagiarism, duplicate publication, or other serious originality concerns may be rejected. If plagiarism or academic misconduct is discovered after publication, the journal may investigate the matter and may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction depending on the seriousness of the case. Authors must submit only original and properly verified research work.
5 Publication Ethics
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication. Authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher are expected to act honestly, responsibly, fairly, and professionally throughout the publication process. Authors must submit original work and present research methodology, data, findings, references, and supporting information accurately. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, inappropriate citation practices, manipulation of the peer-review process, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. Authors must properly acknowledge the contributions and sources of other researchers, and all listed authors should have made a meaningful contribution to the research and approved the final manuscript. Editors are responsible for making fair and independent decisions based on academic quality, originality, relevance, methodology, and scholarly contribution. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, provide objective and constructive evaluations, and disclose any potential conflict of interest. Where concerns regarding research or publication misconduct arise, the Editorial Board may request explanations, supporting documents, or additional information from the concerned parties and may take appropriate action, including rejection, correction, expression of concern, or retraction. The journal also expects responsible use of artificial intelligence and other technological tools, and authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and ethical compliance of their submitted manuscripts. The journal is committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, confidentiality, and accountability throughout the publication process.
6 Authorship & Conflict of Interest
Authorship in Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal should reflect genuine and meaningful contribution to the research. Individuals listed as authors should have contributed substantially to the conception, design, execution, analysis, interpretation, or scholarly development of the work and should approve the final version of the manuscript before submission and publication. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the journal and for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the submitted manuscript. Gift, honorary, guest, or ghost authorship is not permitted, while individuals who have contributed to the research but do not qualify for authorship may be acknowledged appropriately. Any change in authorship after submission, including addition, removal, or change in author order, requires appropriate justification and approval from the concerned authors and the Editorial Board. Authors must disclose any actual, potential, or perceived Conflict of Interest that could influence the research, interpretation, or publication decision. Such conflicts may include financial relationships, employment, consultancy, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, funding, intellectual property, or professional interests. Reviewers and editors must also disclose any conflict that may affect their impartiality and should withdraw from the relevant process where necessary. Failure to disclose a significant conflict may result in editorial investigation and appropriate action. The journal is committed to ensuring transparent authorship, accountability, and fair management of conflicts of interest throughout the publication process.
7 Research Ethics
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal supports responsible, ethical, and transparent research practices. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research complies with applicable ethical standards, institutional requirements, professional guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations. Research involving human participants, surveys, interviews, observations, experiments, or other forms of human-subject research should respect the dignity, privacy, safety, rights, and welfare of participants. Where required, authors should obtain appropriate ethical approval from a recognized institutional or ethics committee before conducting the research. Where informed consent is necessary, it should be obtained from participants before their involvement in the study. Authors must take appropriate measures to protect confidential and personally identifiable information, and names, photographs, contact details, medical information, or other identifying information should not be published without appropriate permission or consent where required. Research involving vulnerable participants requires additional safeguards to minimize potential risks. Research involving animals should comply with applicable ethical and welfare standards. Authors must accurately report their methodology, data collection procedures, analysis, and findings, and fabrication, falsification, manipulation, or deliberate misrepresentation of research findings is strictly unacceptable. Authors should respect intellectual property rights and appropriately acknowledge research instruments, datasets, publications, images, and other third-party materials. Where ethical concerns arise, the Editorial Board may request clarification or supporting documentation and may take appropriate action, including rejection, withdrawal, correction, or retraction where serious ethical violations are established.
8 Copyright & Open Access
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal follows an Open Access publishing model intended to make scholarly research widely accessible to researchers, academicians, students, professionals, and other interested readers. Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts are original and that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for all content included in the manuscript. Third-party materials such as photographs, figures, tables, illustrations, datasets, instruments, and substantial quotations must be used in accordance with applicable copyright requirements. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work has not been published elsewhere in a manner that conflicts with the rights granted to the journal and that the manuscript is not simultaneously under consideration by another publication. Authors grant the journal the necessary rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, archive, and make the accepted article publicly available through its online platform and related scholarly channels, subject to the applicable licensing terms. Published articles are made accessible through the journal's website in accordance with its Open Access policy. Authors and readers should appropriately acknowledge the published article when sharing, citing, or reusing it, and any reuse must comply with applicable copyright and licensing conditions. The journal seeks to maintain transparency regarding copyright, licensing, accessibility, and responsible dissemination of published academic content while protecting the legitimate rights of authors and other copyright holders. 9 Correction & Retraction
Nrityanjali Multidisciplinary International Research Journal is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, reliability, and integrity of the published scholarly record and therefore provides appropriate mechanisms for correcting significant errors and retracting publications when necessary. Authors are encouraged to inform the Editorial Office promptly if they discover an important error in their published article, while readers, reviewers, editors, and other researchers may also report concerns regarding published content. Minor errors that do not materially affect the research may be corrected through an appropriate editorial correction, while errors that significantly affect the interpretation, findings, methodology, or reliability of an article may require a formal correction or clarification. An article may be considered for retraction where reliable evidence indicates serious problems such as plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, major ethical violations, duplicate publication, manipulated peer review, or other circumstances that substantially undermine the reliability or integrity of the published work. Where appropriate, the journal may publish an Expression of Concern while an investigation is being conducted. A retracted article will normally remain part of the scholarly record but will be clearly identified as RETRACTED, together with an appropriate retraction notice explaining the reason for the action. The Editorial Board will assess correction and retraction cases fairly and based on available evidence, and authors may be given an opportunity to provide clarification or supporting documentation. The primary objective of this policy is to maintain a reliable, transparent, and trustworthy academic record and to ensure that the published literature remains accurate and ethically responsible.
